  • Maximum 16 Nageurs 2000 à 2009 (les meilleurs et plus sérieux en priorité).

  • 10  Compétition dans la saison.

  • Accepter de faire les efforts et sacrifice nécessaire pour s’entrainée 6 fois par  semaine régulièrement sans écarter les études.

  • 400 4N et Avoir 3 performances grille de temp vert.

  • Sélection faite par l'entraîneur du groupe.

  • Progresser le mieux possible par rapport à son niveau. 

  • Compétition   régionale et Nationale.
